Curriculum
Classes I to VIII
The Curriculum at MADP is so designed as to help each child achieve his/her potential. It has been developed in the most integrated manner. An integrated lesson might cover Science, Social Science and Mathematics topics in its content. Different disciplines are combined to help students recognize connections amongst subjects to make instruction more meaningful.
Learning By Doing is a method used in the curriculum so that the children explore and apply newly learned skills independently.
Another distinct feature of the curriculum is that it is administered age-specific and effectively. Moreover, it has been constantly subjected to research development, analysis, modification and enrichment.
The tools to implement integrated curriculum include books on comprehensive themes, handouts, worksheets and reinforcement course content. In addition to this there are guiding procedures for the teachers. To support the students, teachers and parents, the curriculum comes with an evaluation system which assists the student in assessing where exactly he/she needs to work on. The concepts are understood better and activities relating to the application of these concepts in real life are undertaken.
